So the are multiple cutleries on the table .. A total of erm .. 8 in fact .. 1 soup spoon .. 1 butter knife .. 2 more for the appetizer .. 2 for main course .. and lastly 2 for the deserts .. this does not include the teaspoon for the tea .. the food are as follows ...

The greek farmer salad .. not to my taste .. so sour .. so weird tasting .. den got cheese somemore... EEEEKKKK ....

Cream of Forest Mushroom
Din know Forest mushroom got cream de .... Lol somewhat like cream of mushroom.. but much thicker and of a stronger taste ... still manage to finish.. albeit reluctantly ..
Main Course
Pan-Fried Seabass with Roast Potatoes with Onions & Carrots Escabeche
I was expecting truffles .. caviers .. or even foie gras ... But haiz ... haha .. Pan-Fried seabass is the most edible out of the rest .. for those who dunno what escabeche is .. its actually the term for cooked fish in sweet and sour sauce .. quite nice =D

Assorted Fresh Fruits & Berries with Vanilla Ice Cream served with Raspberry Sauce
Awesome dessert !!! There's this nice biscuit like thinggie on top of the ice cream .. super good ... then the fruits got mangoes .. strawberries.. kiwi .. dragon fruit .. and .. RASPBERRIES !! Heh .. so cool sia .. Singapore hard to come across raspberries de .. then .. the raspberry sauce mixed with the vanilla ice cream .. WOAH .. so nice sia .. But gary's dessert .. got CHOCOLATE CAKE .. so super duper cool .... the cake looks super delicious .. its seems the cake it to make up for his vegetarian main course ...
Fine dining .. a totally new experience for me .. a interesting one nonetheless .. For those who haven try fine dining before ... Do try it .. at least once in your life ...
